To found a MicroSchool, you must first complete the online GLP training.
Organizations or individuals who need GLP training should contact GETT at GETT@microschool.net.

GLP OverviewGLP (GETT Leadership Program) is an online training program to become a MicroSchool director or learning coach, covering everything needed to found and run a MicroSchool over 6 weeks.
About GLP
Language — GLP is conducted in English, with interpretation provided in the local language.
Registration — Registration closes two weeks before GLP begins. Applicants must pay the registration fee ($5 for locals, ₩50,000 for Koreans), complete basic digital training, and submit an application.
Director Eligibility — Applicants for the director track must have 5+ years of field ministry experience and a recommendation from a credible organization.
Learning Coach Eligibility — Applicants for the learning coach track must have at least a high school education (or equivalent) and a recommendation from a director.
Coach Nominations — A MicroSchool director may recommend up to 5 learning coaches to teach classes.
Roles — Directors serve as the school's principal, running and managing the school; learning coaches serve as teachers, preparing and leading lessons.
Title After Graduation — GLP graduates earn the title of MicroSchool director or learning coach; a director may also serve as a learning coach.
Attendance & Coursework — Participants must attend at least 80% of the 90-minute weekly sessions over 6 weeks and submit reports for at least 80% of the two weekly video lectures.
Evaluation & Certification — Only those who meet the attendance and report requirements may take the evaluation exam; passing the exam earns a certificate of completion.
Removal — If a director or learning coach causes a problem, they may be removed from their position through consultation between GETT and the sending organization.

2023In June 2023, Cohort 1 graduated a total of 23 people through GLP, leading to the founding of 10 MicroSchools.
2024In 2024, Cohort 2 graduated 35 people and Cohort 3 graduated 77, together leading to the founding of 43 MicroSchools.
2025In 2025, Cohorts 4 through 9 graduated a total of 233 people, leading to the founding of 32+10 MicroSchools, with founding plans still being received.
2026In H1 2026, Cohorts 10 and 11 graduated a total of 200 people, leading to the founding of 23+7 MicroSchools, with founding plans still being received. Cohort 12 is set to begin in H2 2026, with many countries currently on the waitlist.
